Return/ Exchange Policy - • Make sure to report the problems within 24 hours of receiving the product delivered to you. Try to be more specific when describing your problem.
• You should return the item using the registered airmail or courier as already advised in our return authorization mail.
• Please return the item in case of any problem within the span of 3 days of getting the confirmation from our end along with the original packing in the same condition. We are strictly prohibited from taking back any used, washed, or worn items. Kindly include a copy of the invoice delivered to you.
• We will certainly test and figure out the defect of the product that has been returned by you so that we can take some initiatives to prevent such defects in the future.
• In case of returning the damaged product or if the returned product is not in the original condition then the customer will have to bear the cost of it.
• It is our fundamental responsibility to deliver your product safely to your capable hands, Likewise, it is your duty to return it back safely and in the proper condition with all the correct details as mentioned above.
