How do I make a Purchase?


Shopping at The Hunt Fashion Online Store is easy:
- If you know what you are looking for, use the HOME and links. You can also shop by browsing directly by designer collection, type of clothing etc.- Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button besides each item.- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' link/icon at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to delete items from your shopping bag.- Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.


Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your The Hunt Fashion account:

- Track your orders and review past purchases

- Request your return or exchange directly from your account

- Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from www.thehuntfashion.com

Which size should I choose?

Simply click on the 'size chart' link which you will find on every product page. In case you have specific queries you can reach out to us through the 'CONTACT US' page.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary

What payment methods does The Hunt Fashion accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. We also provide Cash-on-delivery option. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at The Hunt Fashion Shop?

At The Hunt Fashion store, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at www.thehuntfashion.com

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?


We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times

Can I add items to an existing order?


Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require. 

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?


After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Can I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

Where is my order?


We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. For customised orders, the timeline would be slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, The Hunt Fashion is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes (for intl. orders). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We are bound to cancel the order if we find any mistake or error in the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly place a request on our mail id within 24 hours of placing the order at thehuntfashion@gmail.com

What is the Exchange or Replacement Policy?

If you’d like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by writing to us at thehuntfashion@gmail.com with your order number, full name and size change required/ images of the damaged product and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will place the request for exchange/replacement of the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your replacement request.

What is the Return Policy?

If you don’t like the product and wish to return it, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by writing to us at thehuntfashion@gmail.com with your order number and full name. Please ensure that the product(s) are in orginal sale-able condition with all tags intact and unused. We can provide you the voucher code for the same amount which is redeemable in 6 months which is applicable for all collections in the site (except on sale or discounted products).
Kindly make sure to make a video while opening your package in case if the product is damaged from our side, it would be really helpful and easy for us to replace your order.
